The website newgersi.com is managed by the sole proprietorship NEW GERSI DI SILVIO GERVASIO, which operates through two lines of business:
— New Gersi: online retail sale of clothing and fashion accessories
— Peem: professional services in communication, digital marketing, social media management, website creation, and advertising campaign design

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the site and the purchase of products or services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We invite you to read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase or service request.

3. Products — New Gersi

3.1 Orders

Orders can be placed via the newgersi.com website. The sales contract is finalized at the moment the order confirmation is sent via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout.

3.3 Payments

We accept the main digital payment methods (credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and others). Payment is required at the time of order.

3.4 Shipping

Shipments are made to Italy and the countries indicated at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on the courier and destination.

3.5 Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide reasons. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via the contact form. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated.

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Italian and European legislation.

4. Services — Peem Agency

4.1 Nature of Services

Peem provides professional B2B and B2C services, including: website creation and management (in partnership with Shopify), social media management, design and execution of advertising campaigns, digital marketing consulting, and events.

4.2 Quotes and Contracts

Peem services are provided on the basis of customized quotes accepted by the client. The service contract is finalized upon written acceptance of the quote and payment of the agreed deposit.

4.3 Payments and Invoicing

Payments for Peem services are regulated according to the methods indicated in the quote. A regular invoice is issued for every service provided.

4.4 Intellectual Property

Creative materials, content, and websites created by Peem remain the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed fee. Peem reserves the right to cite the work performed in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.5 Limitation of Liability

Peem is not responsible for specific results of advertising or marketing campaigns, as these depend on market factors beyond its control. Activities are carried out with the utmost professional diligence.

5. Intellectual Property of the Site

All content on newgersi.com (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of NEW GERSI DI SILVIO GERVASIO or its respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction. For B2B disputes, the competent court is the Court of Naples.
