Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to product purchases made on newgersi.com (New Gersi line). For Peem Agency services, cancellation terms are defined in the individual service contract.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the product receipt date, without having to provide any reason.

2. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of receipt via the contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return
You will receive return instructions within 2 business days
Ship the product in its original condition (unused, with labels intact, and in the original packaging)

3. Conditions for Return

The product must be:

Unused and in its original condition
With all original labels and tags intact
In the original packaging or equivalent packaging
Free from damage caused by the customer

Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-measure products, intimate items for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been removed), or products clearly damaged due to improper use.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification upon confirmation of the refund.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you have received a defective product or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately via the contact form. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

7. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
